With over 30 years of leadership in internet and data communications, Therese brings extensive expertise in technology, operations, and strategic innovation. She began her career at Bull France and later co-founded IDM, one of Lebanon’s first Internet Service Providers, where she advanced to the role of General Manager. She currently serves as Chairman and General Manager of GDS, driving digital infrastructure development with a strong focus on operational excellence and inclusive leadership. 

A founding member of the Internet Society Lebanon Chapter and a board member of Women in IT (WIT), Therese is a dedicated advocate for digital equity and innovation. Her leadership is guided by integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to leveraging technology to serve people and communities.

Above all her professional achievements, Therese takes the greatest pride in her family. She is the proud mother of three and grandmother of one, finding inspiration in the values of care, resilience, and dedication that motherhood has instilled in her values she carries into her leadership journey.
