Mahassen Ajam is a senior researcher and strategic consultant with over two decades of experience spanning the IT and telecom sectors across both private and public domains. She has played a pivotal role in regulatory innovation, market expansion, and organizational transformation. Her career highlights include serving as Executive Director at GlobalCom Holding, overseeing leading ISPs and DSPs in Lebanon, and contributing as a founding board member of the country’s first Telecom Regulatory Authority. Her expertise encompasses strategic marketing, policy development, and the leadership of cross-functional teams in dynamic and rapidly evolving technological environments. 

Currently, Mahassen focuses on research and publications exploring digital economies, policy, and cultural transformation across the Arab region. Beyond her professional achievements, she is also an accomplished sculptor and writer, using creative expression to explore themes of identity, emotion, and the human experience.
