Women in IT (WIT) is a Lebanese non-profit organization founded on July 1, 2005. Our mission is to empower women through technology and support their growth in the tech field. Since our inception, we've ensured that women are not just participants but leaders in this rapidly evolving industry.

Through our capacity-building programs, skills development workshops, networking opportunities, and advocacy, we aim to bridge the gender gap in STEM and foster a diverse and inclusive tech community in Lebanon and beyond. Our focus is on professional growth, technical excellence, and leadership, equipping women with the tools to advance their careers and make a lasting impact in the digital world.

Since 2006, WIT Lebanon has been at the forefront of efforts to close the gender gap in technology. Our mission goes beyond encouraging women to join the tech revolution – we aim to empower them to lead it too. Through expert-led training, impactful mentorship, and a strong community network, we help create opportunities for women to build successful, sustainable careers in the digital economy, contributing to the country’s growing tech ecosystem.
