Her leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise in finance, digital systems, and policy implementation. Paulette holds a master’s degree in Money and Banking and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the American University of Beirut. Her academic and professional background uniquely positions her to bridge the worlds of technology, finance, and public service making her a key asset to any effort aimed at institutional reform and education advancement.
